Dissolvable Frac Plug - Single Slip

Our plugs are manufactured to order and designed based upon the characteristics of each well- specifically chloride ion content, temperature, pressure, and working time.

Features

  • Large bore ID, 50%-80% larger than conventional.
  • Small dissolvable element, 90% smaller than conventional.
  • Compact design with anti-presetting feature.
  • Shorter length allowed to be run in deformed casing.
  • Small in size for quicker dissolution and less debris.

Operation Conditions

  • Casing Diameter: 3.5–5.5"
  • Temperature: 30–180°C
  • Salinity: 100–40,000 ppm
  • Acidic environments (corrosion resistance testing required)
  • High pressure and temperature conditions
  • Static time before fracture: 12–18 hours
  • Recommended pumping rate: 1.5–3 m³/min (max. 4 m³/min)
  • Dissolution time: Begins after 24 hours
  • Compatibility: Compatible with Baker installation tools (no adapter required)
